We had a full house at the Council Service Center today with nearly 50 Scouts from three different Councils from all around the San Francisco Bay Area attending our workshop. After check-in, Emile ran his hour-long presentation. There were lots of questions & answers throughout. The Scouts were engaged before, during, and after the workshop. There were display cases to view and numismatic magazines to read. They had access to magnifiers, Red Books, Blue Books, World Books and Currency Books. Most Scouts came Prepared and were able to complete their merit badge today. The rest will meet back with their Counselor at a later date. All were invited to attend Cupertino Coin Club’s May 12 General Meeting to finish up requirement 10.b. or just check out the meeting. We hope to see many of them again on Friday! It was a successful workshop!
